The Plight of the Unicorn

For Halloween I have never once dressed as anything scary, funny, or inappropriate. To me, Halloween is an excuse to dress up as something cute or pretty. This year is no exception. Here is my unicorn costume.

I was going to go for happy fanciful poses, but the wind was blowing while I was taking these pictures and making my eyes water uncontrollably. So I decided to go with it and make the crying look intentional. Then I thought the unicorn may be a sad creature after all. Being so rare means that she is a lonely and without those she loves.

dress: thrifted/tights: forever21/cardigan: wetseal/earrings: forever 21/necklace: gift/shoes: payless/horn: homemade

What did you dress up as this year?
